I work with digital strategy and design consultancy Made by Many in London. Previously, I worked in product planning with Nike, and prior to that in film and social research.
In addition to this blog, you can find my thoughts at global trends and innovation consultancy PSFK and the Made By Many blog. I created the Crowdsourcing Examples and Branded Utilities wikis. In the past, I have contributed to Marktd, a site focusing on marketing and advertising previously published by PSFK, iProng, a magazine for iPod and iPhone users, and Social Media Mafia, of which I am a member. In addition, I am part of the Sense Worldwide network.
